Mobile service to homes and workplaces

Normandy is largely a single-family residential community with driveway parking, which makes mobile glass replacement uncomplicated. We bring everything we need — including a portable power source — and complete most replacements in 1–2 hours from the tech's arrival.

For businesses along Normandy Boulevard, we can perform replacements at workplace parking lots during business hours. This works especially well for delivery vans, service vehicles, and personal cars that owners don't want to give up time off the road for.

Windshield repair and replacement

Whether to repair or replace depends on the damage. Smaller chips (under a quarter), short cracks outside the driver's primary view, and fresh damage that hasn't accumulated dirt and moisture can usually be repaired. Anything larger, in the driver's direct line of sight, or that's reached the edge of the windshield generally requires full replacement.

For full replacements, OEE (original-equipment-equivalent) glass is our default — same DOT specifications as OEM, frequently from the same factories, no automaker premium. OEM is available when you want or need it; ask when you book.

ADAS calibration

If your vehicle has a forward-facing windshield camera — common on most cars from 2018 onward — we'll handle the recalibration after replacement. Whether the calibration is static (at our shop), dynamic (on the road), or both depends on the vehicle manufacturer's requirements. We'll confirm which applies when you schedule.

Insurance handling

Florida's zero-deductible glass law typically covers windshield replacement at $0 out-of-pocket for comprehensive policies. We handle the claim filing directly with most major carriers including Geico, State Farm, Progressive, Allstate, USAA, Farmers, and Liberty Mutual. For carriers we don't bill directly, we provide the documentation you need to submit yourself.

About Normandy

The Normandy area takes its name from Normandy Boulevard, the long arterial running west from I-295 through the Westside toward the former Cecil Field naval air station. Residentially, the area built out across the 1950s through 1980s — ranch homes, mid-century single-family on quarter-acre lots, and a number of subdivisions explicitly named for the boulevard (Normandy Estates, Normandy Village, Normandy Manor). Commercially, Normandy Boulevard itself is the spine — service businesses, restaurants, shopping plazas, and auto-related trades along its length.
