The Northside concentrates a large share of Jacksonville's logistics and transportation employers — JAXPORT terminals at Blount Island and Dames Point, the Jacksonville International Airport cargo and ground-support fleets, the Norfolk Southern and CSX yards, and an extensive network of contractor and trade-vehicle yards along Pecan Park Road and the Imeson industrial corridor. Work trucks and vans take more glass damage than passenger cars, and downtime hurts.

We schedule fleet appointments outside of dispatch hours where possible, can stage multiple replacements at a single yard, and bill against fleet maintenance accounts when set up. For owner-operators and small business fleets, we handle one-off work the same day when the glass is in stock.

Mobile service across the Northside corridor

Northside is geographically vast — the drive from Brentwood at the south end to Oceanway at the north covers roughly 12 miles, and Black Hammock Island and Cedar Point extend the area further east. Our mobile dispatch handles all of it, but scheduling further out from the urbanized core takes longer to confirm. When you book, give us the cross street or the closest major intersection (Lem Turner and Dunn, Main Street and Trout River, Heckscher and New Berlin, etc.) so we can route accurately.

For homes and workplaces along the I-95 N corridor between downtown and the airport, dispatch is typically same-day or next-day depending on the glass. For the deeper Northside — Oceanway, Pecan Park, the New Berlin Road area — plan on next-day scheduling.

Insurance handling for Northside customers

Florida's comprehensive coverage zero-deductible glass law applies regardless of which part of Jacksonville you live in — if your policy includes comprehensive coverage, your windshield replacement is typically a $0 out-of-pocket service. We file the claim directly with most major carriers.

For commercial policies, fleet policies, and out-of-state insurers we see less often, we'll quote the replacement up front and handle the claim paperwork on your behalf where the carrier allows direct billing.
